Who controls your information
Lloyd-Rose Digital Solutions Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through AccessoryStop unless another organisation is clearly identified as the controller for a particular service.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, account details, order history, customer service messages, device and browser information, IP address, cookie and consent preferences, and information needed to process payments and fulfil orders.
We do not normally receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are handled by the payment providers offered at checkout.
Why we use your information
- To take payment, process and fulfil orders, provide order updates and handle returns or support requests.
- To create and manage customer accounts where requested.
- To meet our legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and security obligations.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and understand how it is used.
- To send marketing where you have consented, or where another lawful basis permits it. You can opt out at any time.
Our lawful bases
We rely on performance of a contract when processing information needed to sell and deliver products to you, legal obligations where the law requires us to keep or disclose information, legitimate interests where necessary to operate and protect the business in a proportionate way, and consent where consent is required, including for certain cookies and marketing activities.
Who we share information with
We share information only where needed with service providers that help us run the store. These can include WooCommerce and website hosting providers, payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, fulfilment partners such as Printify, delivery carriers, analytics and advertising providers where permitted by your cookie choices, professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we require an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or other safeguard where applicable.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for any period required by law. Order, payment and accounting records may be retained for the period needed to meet tax, accounting, warranty, dispute and legal obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until they are changed, withdrawn or no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing, receive some information in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise a privacy right, email joe@nexttheme.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we use your information, contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies support functions such as the basket, checkout, security and consent preferences. Optional functional, analytics and advertising technologies are controlled through the cookie consent tool where consent is required. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

We may update this policy when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date.
