Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 August 2026

These terms apply when you buy goods from AccessoryStop. AccessoryStop is owned and operated by Lloyd-Rose Digital Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17290088, with registered office at 31 Locking Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3BZ, United Kingdom. Email: joe@nexttheme.com.

1. About these terms

By placing an order you are offering to buy the products in your basket under these terms. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that UK consumer law says cannot be excluded.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings can affect colours and product images may show styling, scale or presentation that differs slightly from the physical item. Product availability can change.

3. Prices and delivery charges

The price shown for a product is the price payable for that product at the time you place the order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error where the law allows. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges will be shown before you commit to payment.

4. Placing an order and payment

You can review and correct your basket before submitting an order. The checkout button makes clear when placing the order creates an obligation to pay. Payment is taken using the payment methods shown at checkout.

After you submit an order, we will send or display confirmation. A contract is formed when we accept the order. If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is unavailable or there is a material error, we will tell you and refund any amount already taken for the affected item.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and available estimates are shown at checkout or on our Delivery Information page. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by UK consumer law.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Consumers buying online usually have a statutory right to cancel most goods within 14 days after delivery, subject to legal exceptions. Full instructions, exceptions, refund timing and our cancellation form are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Personalised and made-to-order goods

Where a product is made to your specification or clearly personalised, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

8. Faulty goods

Goods must meet the standards required by UK consumer law. If there is a problem with an item, contact us through Customer Help. We will provide the remedy required by law based on the circumstances.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have specific eligibility, expiry, product or usage conditions. We will present material conditions with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Website content and intellectual property

The AccessoryStop website, branding, original copy, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party product names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Events outside our reasonable control

If an event outside our reasonable control affects delivery or performance, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will contact you where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Personal information

We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to consumers in the United Kingdom. If you live in a part of the UK where mandatory local consumer protections apply, those protections remain available to you.
